Detailed Project/Feasibility Report

Site Survey Report
  • To study suitability of site for construction of project including future expansion, if any


  • Accessibility to site by rail or road

  • Assess availability and quality of water for meeting construction and maintenance requirements of the project

  • To record the relevant ground features such as existing structures, roads, canals, etc. and prepare a site
  • Plan based on contours and to record general topography of site showing tanks, mounds, vegetable cover, etc.

  • To study drainage characteristics of land including presence of water table, etc.
Soil Investigation Report
  • Mobilization and de-mobilization of boring equipment including transportation to site, work and erection over approved locations


  • Drilling in all types of soil including clay, sand, peat, etc. and drilling in soft or weathered rock including hard or sheet rock if need be

  • Conducting Standard Penetration Tests (SPT) at intervals of 2 meters to assess characteristics of soil and recovering disturbed samples from split spoons at intervals of 3 meters

  • Recovering undisturbed samples at regular intervals, if required

  • Conducting laboratory tests on soil samples thus obtained and conducting Plate Load Tests

  • Preparation of Soil Investigation Report
