User Agreement
Being allowed access to www.ergconsultancy.com ("the
site") you enter into www.ergconsultancy.com user
agreement on the terms and conditions set out as under.
This agreement is for an indefinite term. Subject to
the terms contained herein, either party can terminate
this agreement for any reason provided that such termination
shall be conditional upon, including but not limited
to, discharge of all contractual and statutory obligations.
We reserve the right to add to or change/modify
the terms of this agreement. Any changes will be posted
to www.ergconsultancy.com/legal.html and it is your
responsibility as a user to refer to the terms on accessing
this service. Changes could be made by us after the
first posting to the Site and you will be deemed to
have accepted any change if you continue to access the
Site after that time. This Site reserves the right to
modify, suspend/cancel, or discontinue any or all channels,
or service at any time without notice , make modifications
and alterations in any or all of the content , products

This Site reserves the right to charge subscription
or membership fees in respect of any part , aspect of
this Site upon reasonable prior notice.

is the sole responsibility of the person from where

You shall be solely responsible for

via chat and other community services and, as such,
does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality
of such content.
One is not expected to send, submit,

ERG shall at its sole discretion terminate
the account without any prior notice for any violation

derivative works from, distribute, perform and display

Law
The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of USA.
The Courts of law of USA at Washington D.C. shall have
exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under
this agreement
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement
between the parties with respect to the subject matter
hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous
understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding
such subject matter.
